10.06.04 | Deutsche Bank – Transaction Manager
The Transaction Manager is Deutsche Bank’s main application for Internet banking and brokerage. It offers customers all important functions in relation to account balances, account transactions and investment transactions.The goal is to maintain the strengths of the existing system while modernizing the Transaction Manager portal though detailed improvements, thereby upholding Deutsche Bank’s reputation as a leading provider of financial services to private and business customers.
In particular the interface design should incorporate the following re-design elements:
- Clear, attractive, modern design
- Easily understandable user guidelines geared to different user groups
- Implement through largely barrier-free programming
- User support through simple customized functions
- Retain the strengths of the existing Transaction Manager
- Present product information on selected pages
The new design of the Transaction Manager is clearer, tidier and more modern. Complex content has been made more easily understandable and is presented with a minimal number of elements and clicks.
